Elisabeth-Castonier-Platz is located in Munich’s 15th district, Trudering-Riem. The square is bordered by Michael-Ende-Straße, Astrid-Lindgren-Straße, and Selma-Lagerlöf-Straße. On September 14, 2017, a resolution was passed to rename the square to its current name.
